Mount Batur Sunrise Hike and Optional Natural Hot Spring is a combine package between sunrise trek and Optional soaking hot spring or other activities in one day.
What is the highlight?
1. Hike up the stunning Mount Batur on an early sunrise trek to its summit with experiences local guide.
2. Watch the sunrise from the peak of volcano and explore crater from 1804 to 1949.
3. Enjoying a well-earned breakfast with a cup of Hot Drink at the top while you watch the brilliant colors of sunrise.
4. Top off your active morning with a soak in a natural hot spring and an invigorating coffee taste before ahead to hotel (Optional)
5. You can add optional trip such as Swing, Waterfall and other activities in one day.
Upon arrival at base camp, get a short introduction and safety briefing from your guide. Before and after your hike up to the summit 1,5 hours, you can relax in our the Mt. Batur base camp lounge, the only one base camp around the area with clean and comfortable toilet facility.

5.00We had a great time on the hike. It was an early start but we were able to sort of sleep in the car right there. The views were really beautiful and crazy to be above the clouds. I would say that this is not for all skill levels just because there is some pretty steep biking and then steep downhill or died with great who helped get us up and then helped get us down safely as well. we chose the hot spring options, which was nice to relax, and after a hard hike and then we also did the optional coffee plantation, which was pretty cool to see. I would take off .5 points simply for the fact that our driver was almost 30 minutes late in the morning, and if we were in a bigger group with less ability to move fast, we wouldn’t have made it to the top for sunrise, but we were able to make it in time due to our fitness levels. It just sucked being that early and having to wake up earlier than necessary with someone being late cause we would’ve appreciated the sleep being 2 AM. Other than that, our driver was amazing, super friendly, and all the staff interacted with were great

4.00This hike is a great small challenge with a steep incline to the summit. A certain level of fitness is required however this is an enjoyable trek with amazing views at the top. Whilst the breakfast offered wasn’t things I like to eat it was a large breakfast offering after a good hour or so activity! We also had the option to go to a coffee plantation which is something I highly recommend, seeing how the coffee is made, tasting different teas and coffee and even getting to play with a Luwak! I think this would be a great activity to add to the list whilst in Bali!

5.00The overall experience was such an enthralling and entertaining one, but what made it even better were the people that helped us on the way to the peak of the mountain. Our driver, Martin, arrived on time and was very eager and motivated to take us despite the early hour. His car was clean and comfortable, and the entire ride up to the mountain was smooth and relaxing. He had aircon, played music, and was great at conversation. Such a great guy! Also, our guide up the mountain, Goday, was also very nice and accompanying, making jokes and laughing the whole way. Both were very helpful and should be treated with the utmost kindness. Thank you Martin and Goday for being so great to us, would definitely recommend. Also the sunrise was beautiful too.
