3.00Was picked up in Kuta 40 mins late so phoned supplier who responded straight away, but it was a 3 hour journey to the jeep, Then a 20 min drive to watch the sunset which the clouds were about so didn't see the Sunset but that's nature, then another 2.5 hours to travel back , paperwork said take swimwear so thought we would stop off at a beach but no apparently this isn't included , The trip is to long for what's involved and it's a tiny Suziki jeep not the proper jeep experience, The Driver was fantastic friendly and taking photos, but the information of the trip needs updating to explain the truth and the itinerary.

5.00Fantastic - a surreal experience, and in many ways quite humbling, a vivid reminder of how powerful mother nature can be. The tour guides were marvelous! extremely friendly and helpful.. their experience was obvious when navigating the little dirt tracks up the mountain.

3.00Photos were great and guides were lovely - however, our driver arrived 50 minutes late to the pick up point (we had travelled specifically from our hotel as it was outside the pick-up zone) with very little communication on timings, and the whole tour felt a bit disorganised. Please note is more like a private transfer/photo taking than a “tour” of Batur.
