We were able to visit the foothill towns of Mt Olympus and then the mountain itself. We had fun doing some easy walking.

5.00This was a one of a kind experience getting to see Mount Olympus and hearing all the stories of the 12 Greek gods. Tour guides were both amazing and went out of their way to make this a unique and memorable experience!

5.00Pros… Michael was an amazing guide. He is a wealth of information, walking encyclopedia, knows everything about Greek history and Greek mythology. It was a perfect day for our hike. Beautiful scenery. We went off the beaten path of tourists. Wonderful little café we stopped for coffee. And ended the tour with some time on the beach. Now for the cons…. If you are used to hiking stairs, this would be fine. I would highly stay away from this tour if you have mobility issues. There’s a lot of rough terrain to walk through and stairs. If you’re afraid of heights, definitely not to tour for you. I would be cautious with young children , trying to maneuver some of the areas. Now with that being said, you can probably sit in the car and wait. But then you miss all the beautiful scenery.

5.00A great day out with our guide, Michael. Nothing was too much trouble. He is really knowledgeable about Greek mythology and history and we learnt loads. He is a very entertaining host who loves to share his culture and history with you. Took us to lots of places the tour buses couldn’t go.

5.00Our guide, Michael Tsingerliotis , set the tone for our whole Greek experience. Knowledge, passionate and very hospitable. We were driven around in comfort, introduced to the intersection of mythology and history which seems to be so much a part of Greece, and enjoyed places of worship and stunning countryside. We sampled healing waters and delicious cafe fare.
