Excellent full day hiking and tour around Kawaguchiko and Fuji area

5.00We would like to give our best rating for our guide, Ms. Yumiko Matsui, for a wonderful and complete tour aground the Kawaguchiko area. My family of 12 people all enjoyed our hiking around Mt. Fuji and our visit to the melody road, shrine and ice cave. Yumiko san told us many helpful facts about Japan and the area, and we all enjoyed a delightful lunch at a delicious local noodle restaurant on the lake. She taught the group some Japanese and also how to make an origami Mt. Fuji. My whole family from ages 13 up enjoyed the full day with Yumiko san very much.

5.00Yumiko was an excellent guide with great knowledge and insight of the area and its history. She knows the best places to eat, and took us to a place for local Hoto soup. Very attentive and flexible and showed us several nature sights off the beaten path. Was very accommodating and gave great advice and assistance for the following day. Highly recommended!
