What To Expect

Ramen Making Experience Flow 1. Making Your Own Noodles – Knead the dough, roll it out, and cut it using a noodle-making machine. 2. Choosing Your Soup Base – Select your preferred tare (seasoning) to create the perfect ramen broth. 3. Boiling the Noodles – Cook your freshly made noodles to perfection. 4. Topping Your Ramen – Customize your bowl with delicious toppings, including chasiu 5.Certificate Presentation – Each group will receive one official certificate of completion. Special Gift: All participants will receive a bandana as a souvenir!

My family and I had an amazing time making ramen. We are now ramen masters. Keiko and Hide were amazing on instruction and keeping us entertained. We finished with eating our bowl of ramen, which as amazing. I recommend you bring your family and have the same great experience we had.

My wife, her sister and I made ramen at the Ramen Factory Mt. Fuji and it was a lot of fun! I learned a lot and felt inspired to try making my own ramen at home after the experience. It was delicious as well.
