  I have been all over the world and have used Viatar for dozens of tours and attractions !! This was by far the best experience ever !! Absolutely breaktaking. Ryan and Kena was great boat captains !

  Incredible views! They were very sweet and provided snacks and drinks. Great boating skills and a lot of funny jokes, albeit a little cheesy haha

  Whales, dolphins and sea turtles are what we got to see! Only thing is that we were under the assumption that we were going to be taken to a location and snorkel in the water for the amount of the time listed in the excursion. If you’re used to rafting this is for you, unfortunately my kids barfed on the way and couldn’t wait to get back lol

  My family had so much fun on this trip! Captain Nohili and Mason were fun and knowledgeable! We saw whales and dolphins and learned some interesting facts about them. The Napali coast was absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed the history lesson of the area and surrounding islands. The captain amazed us with his ability to jet in and out of the caves. When I asked my kids what their favorite part of our vacation was, they all said it was the super raft tour! Thank you for an amazing day and some fabulous pictures!

  We were so excited to experience the Na Pali coast, and we ended up being so disappointed with our experience. We spent over $600 for our tour with Captain J's. The morning we arrived, the weather was rainy and windy. Some of the other tour companies cancelled their boat tours that morning. The captain and lady checking us in said if the conditions weren't good, they would turn around and reschedule/cancel the tour. The captain decided the conditions were fine, and would not affect the experience. From the minute we started the tour, we were being pelted with rain. Everyone on the tour was miserable and freezing. The wind made the conditions extremely choppy, and my daughter spent the ride laying down with a bucket to throw up in. We were told to avoid drinking water because going to the bathroom wasn't safe the majority of the 4 hour tour. Couldn't enjoy snacks as the rain dumped on us. Obviously no snorkeling. When we got to the coast, the conditions made it very foggy/misty and we weren't able to see much. We were so sad, this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. The guest in front of us got sick too, and vomited on us and our stuff. The whole experience would have been so much better if it got rescheduled. We called to get a refund or partial refund, and they were so rude to us. Wasted $600 and it was our last day. I recommend going with a different company that prioritizes their guests having a good experience instead of making money.
