**This is not an easy kayak/hike adventure, but the destination is worth the effort. Your guided Kayak Adventure starts with a moderate 2 mile paddle upstream through the scenic valley of the Wailua River. After securing your kayaks on the shores of the North Fork, your moderate to strenuous 1.5 mile hike begins (proper foot wear are required). Wade through multiple streams, a lush rainforest and traverse over muddy trails all the while learning about local flora and fauna from one of our friendly and knowledgeable guides. Your hiking trek concludes with the beautiful 120′ Uluwehi Falls, a.k.a. Secret Falls. A definite rock solid adventure!

No running water fall to begin with. All other outdoor guides canceled due to high risk to flash flooding. It was nothing more than a abort plan once we were about to arrive at the final destination. Host was pleasant and knowledgeable. Would rather of it being canceled! No before you go.

It was a fun adventure and a real immersion into the lushness of nature. Our guide Mana was great, our safety was paramount and his knowledge of the river and forest was great. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because there is no waterfall. Only a literal dribble or sprinkles! I wonder how long it’s been dry? It had rained hours earlier but still only a dribble. Take a walking stick (esp women or those not sure-footed). The path can be muddy and slippery! Fun adventure though!

I paid a lot of money to kayak to see no waterfall. Staff knew the waterfall was dry and never told customers or even offered a discounted price. So apparently I paid a few hundred dollars to Kayak. I would have appreciated a warning the their was no waterfall because of a drought or a discounted price because there was no experience of anything other than kayaking. If I would have known I wouldn't have paid that much money willingly.
