more time needed on National park rather, also to ease the payment process. as some procedures delayed the start of the activities

The tour organizer reached pretty late in the evening asking for a mobile number and they did not appear in the morning at hotel while I waited to be picked up. I've submitted a complaint through Viator but no response or decision reached me.

The tour was excellent and our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend seeing all 3 of these amazing places! We saw many animals in the national park! Now for the negatives, the tour operator Viator contracted with was an hour late to pick us up which caused a lot of stress, but after an intervention, all was worked out and the rest of the tour was fabulous.

100% recommend this company for both this tour and any other, including any private and personalized ones (like we did after having a great experience with them, deciding to set up a trip to lake naivasha). Everyone we interacted with from the scheduling side to the tours has been super nice + helpful + flexible, plus the tours themselves have been amazing, and on top of it all their prices are as good or better than anyone else's. Big shout out to Kelvin (guide) and Dennis (driver) who are great at what they do and also just great guys to talk to

It was good, bad, and fun. So many different feelings about this experience. First it was the change of my pick up time. I was told 0530 and then at the last minute was informed of a 0610 pick up and to purchase the park entrance ticket. I think the tour company should have customers buy the park tickets immediately after purchasing the tour. The park website didn’t work for me. Even my hotel staff tried to help me. When I got on the bus it was full. I sat in the back and didn’t have leg room. So uncomfortable seating the entire tour. Then we picked up one other person. She was awful to sit next to. She put all her belongings all over the middle empty seat, all over me, and she smelled horrible. So you can imagine this is bad in the back of a very hot jeep. The bus driver was inquiring about our tickets to the park. I was put on blast in front of everybody and that was super embarrassing. We were rushing through the park a lot and at one point went over some bump and I flew up from my seat into the roof. My head still hurts from that and it was two days ago. Lots of great animal sightings! And visiting the elephant sanctuary was awesome. The beading workshop was nice. I purchased two necklaces. Horrible restaurant choice. Food was bad. I LOVED feeding the giraffes. Ultimately, the experience was nice but the guide and driver need to do better with time management, and privacy for their customers particularly around money.
