Kevin and the driver Dennis were the perfect guides to have. They were very knowledgeable and attentive. They were also patient with the shopping ladies on our tour. We got to ride in a jeep and see so many animals. We also did the giraffe and elephant portions which was super cool if you’re interested in a quick up close and personal moment because you may/will get the opportunity to touch the animals. I would definitely recommend and rebook.

Had a great time today! Our driver aka tour guide Henry is experienced, helpful and knowledgeable, and we are lucky to see lions! Everything went well today! Highly recommend! One tip: either prepare cash for all admission/entrance fee or buy your own ticket in advance, it’s easier to handle entrances and reduce waiting time.

The tour is well worth it for those like me that will have a short stay in Nairobi. Harrison our guide was a very nice and resourceful character. Hands down Harisson, you made up for your colleagues' inability to inform clients ahead of time that : 1) they should take passes online ahead of the day of visit to speed up the entrance process, 2) that some of the activities do not take card payments and only cash. Other than that, great fun and great way to meet people too. Highly recommend

It was an amazing tour! We visited Nairobi National Park, the elephant orphanage, and the giraffe center. Tony was professional and friendly. He arrived at our hotel exactly on time for the pickup. I really liked how flexible he was during the tour he adjusted the pace depending on the animals or scenery we were most interested in. He also gave us plenty of time whenever we wanted to take pictures, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Scamming (cheating with entrance fees, changing itinerary and taking you to lunchplace with exorbant prices where they get kick-back. Waitress even apologized…), logistics no good (late, bad communication). Then the actual itinerary is good (even better if they actually would have followed it with Cultiva farm for lunch rather than scam lunch place that was terrible) - the park, elephant orphanage and giraffe center are all worth the visit and ok to do in single day.

Great tour and Ben our tour guide was terrific, very professional and experienced. Even when someone on the tour was arguing about exchange rates he was calm and worked hard to bring the group back together. We loved seeing all the animals at the park and Ben was able to squeeze in a last minute sighting of some lions before getting the group to the elephant orphanage just on time with some skillful driving! The tour was well organised and we enjoyed visiting Kobe Beads and the Giraffe centre. The traffic at the end of the tour was terrible, but Ben was patient and skillful in navigating it all! Highly recommend this tour!

Saw all of the sights. Highlights were the Sheldrick Elephant orphanage, seeing a mom and baby rhino and the delicious Cultiva restaurant. Others on the tour were pleasant to talk to although we asked them all the questions. Unfortunately the arrival at the park gates in the morning was super chaotic. Took over an hour to enter. Our van was pulled out of the queue and forced to go to the end of line for unexplained reasons. No water was onboard the van. Mandatory cash payments were inconvenient given the amounts involved. Ate as a group at Cultiva but would have preferred to dine by ourselves. Long pauses were necessary at each paid stop while the driver showed something on his phone to the person at the entry gates.
