5.00Jackson and Sugoow did an amazing job! We saw a lot of different animals, and they really took their time to stop and allow us to get closer looks. Very friendly as well :)

5.00Very impromptu booking, not so good in finding the meeting point, and then there was the incident that I forgot to bring my credit card!However, my guide Sugow was very competent, young, energetic and smiling, I give 5 stars for the guide part!

2.00I had booked a 4 hour drive with hotel pickup. While the park itself was lovely, the experience was awful. The team arrived 20 mins late. Then, what should have been a 15 min ride to the park took 100 mins because the expressway charge card had not been loaded with money. Overall, I spent 2 hours just waiting and commuting, and 2 hours in the park. The Guide wasn’t well informed; the guide and driver had no idea of the ticketing process so we wasted more time trying to buy the ticket. Frankly, the experience left me feeling cheated.

5.00Fantastic trip! Been picked up from hotel very much on time, and my guide Yesla and Sugoow are good at spotting wildlife, it’s amazing to watch the lion hunting, and to see various big animals within a half day trip.

3.00We booked the private 4x4 safari for an exclusive experience and the tour was supposed to last 4-6 hours but we were done in less than 3 hours . Pick up was slightly late then we got held up at the gate as the guide was expecting us to pay more at the gate for the vehicle when we purchased a tour that includes this so there was a further delay . Finally we got into park .. saw a few animals but it wasn’t our lucky day . Instead of making our trip memorable and showing us some more in the park it looked like the guide was in a rush to complete the trip . He kept on saying how there aren’t many animal sightings but I’m sure there would be more to see in the park such as the river that crosses it and the ivory burning site . Anyway we were done by 5pm way before expected and didn’t really enjoy the whole experience as much as we thought we would
