If I could rate zero stars I would what company sends you to a different town to pick up tickets. We lost £170, we turned up at the castle and had to pick up tickets :20 mins away, joke! Over priced. Same tickets were over double what you pay onsite I will never book again

Learning the history of King Ludwig and his craziness was extremely interesting. Seeing the castle that inspired Walt Disney was amazing!

Excellent communication, were able to get tickets where everyone else was sold out. Highly recommended

The tour is shorter than the walk up to the castle. Our tour lasted 40 minutes with no chance to linger and admire the castle and the craftsmanship that went into building it. I understand the need to hustle in and out the big crowds. But, the tour essentially cost us a $1 per minute. None of us in our group thought the tour was worth our time. Go to Munich and visit Nymphenburg instead.
