Steven was a great tour guide and gave us a lot of insights and stories that you wouldn’t get with just buying tickets. Very much enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a fantastic background story on the castle and the region!

I always love a guided tour and this one was no exception. Our guide Stephen did a great job of giving us a lot of history to Neuschwanstein and Ludwig II while making sure to get us great locations for pictures. The children LOVED the horse carriage ride down from the castle. It was a great way to end the tour. Thank you so much.

This tour was great. Very well coordinated with bus up, views from Marienbrucke, tour of castle, and carriage ride down. A little bit of uphill and downhill walking at the top, but nothing too strenuous. Our guide, Stephen, was awesome. Historically accurate, good storyteller, clearly passionate about his job. Great tour.

Dress for the weather! It’s a walk up to the castle. We enjoyed the history lesson from our guide and the views. The castle was very cool. Glad we did it.
