4.00This was a really straightforward pickup experience. You grab the bikes from them, they hand you tickets for your timed entrance and then you visit the castle. You bike back when you're ready and drop off the bikes. We had a lot of fun! The ride is pretty flat and doable for all fitness levels.

5.00The bike ride is easy and there is not a guide for the biking portion. You ride to the base of the mountain lock up your bikes and continue up to the castle by bus, you do have to buy a ticket. The castle is guided. A easy pleasant walk back to the bikes. We were allowed to keep the bikes for our own use until 4pm. We started at 9AM, and the castle tickets provided with the bikes were for 11:05. Enough time for the ride and exploring before the castle entrance, and time to explore Fussen area after.

5.00This was a great way to see the castle. Bike pick up location was a quick walk from the city center. The tour operator was very friendly and gave us simple directions and a map to get to the castle. The ride to and from was very flat and easy for any skill level. The hike up to the castle on foot is moderate but you have plenty of time. There is also a bus that can take you up from the visitor center. Highly recommend biking and hiking though!

5.00You get the bike, which is quite good, and you have to go alone to the castle, by a very nice road and it is not long or complicated, you park it with a padlock nearby and you have to climb the castle walking 40 minutes or by bus for 3.50, good experience.

5.00Perfect Welcoming at 9am, simple bike but very good condition, Warm Welcoming with explanation. Very easy bike ride (about 35 km) to the starting point on foot of the castle d where you have to add 25 minutes on foot. Lock with key provided. Tickets were issued to us by hand for the 11am visit. Cycling saved us the rush of cars, it was very nice and easy (we were 6 adults some of them not very sporty, no worries for the ride! bike path hovers almost all along). Viator generously left us the bikes a little longer, we were autonomous with simole plan to reach the castle. I recommend viator, who allowed us to visit the castle when everything was complete on the official website, adding to the bike ride. Favour a visit in the early morning if possible, there are far fewer people.

3.00We had to resort to this bike tour, as there were no tickets left to order for the castle in advance. The ticket for the castle costs only 20 euros, so we had to resort to this offer to even get into the castle. Unfortunately it rained so heavily that day that we only got the castle ticket and the bike tour was cancelled. When I asked if we would get a refund, it was only we could have ridden by bike. I think you could have met us a bit, because for a 30 min audio tour ,12 euros additional parking , 160 euros to 3 are already a proud price.....
