We went to meeting point as documented on booking form but there was no one there and there was no phone number to call Viator. Won’t never book anything with you again.

The walking tour doesn't take much time, yet provides interesting information in a form of a dialogue. Distance is not long and can walk in your pace. Can pause anytime you like. New experience, but def will try it again.

He told me very interesting stories. Thank you very much. I am impressed by the facts and places he showed me in details throughout the history of Oxford.

We walked in heavy rain and found a taxi to return us to our hotel before the tour’s end. My main interest was the Thomas Cranmer sites, so I returned the next day to finish seeing the sites after listening to the dialog the day before. It was good to have this flexibility.

Really difficult web site to understand and not until you book do you get all the information. Have asked for a refund. Took my money immediately however none of the contact information worked. No response to messages. Didn’t end up going as couldn’t work out start place. None of the links worked. Despite lots of messages asking about my experience no contact about refund. DO NOT USE

Guide Iain was very friendly informative and funny. Great insight into some history and fun facts. Didn’t dare tell him I’d lived in the other one for nine years 🤣😎🏴

Great informative tour, led by our guide Iain, including walking inside Balliol college quad with the chance to see in the Dining hall. Harry Potter referencing kept younger members of the group engaged and we learnt such a lot - from the Bodleian Library to the Radcliffe Camera and details about the 45 colleges of the university and their rowing matches too.

Very easy way to walk around the heart of the Uni buildings and the main churches. I went around 5pm, however, and the sun had set and all the indoor buildings were closed. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't fully experience Oxford as intended, but I still enjoyed listening to the history and facts through this audio guide.
