You'll be provided with your own cooking station and utensils, and the course will be a fully-immersive and dynamic experience.

What To Expect
If you consider yourself a true foodie or are ready for a full Spanish gastronomic experience, this is the class for you. You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize themselves in groups of two per cooking station. There, they will find all utensils and ingredients to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic workshop guided, from beginning to end, by an experienced team of professionals. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each session so that guests will learn how to cook and taste more than one type of paella. After the workshop, our guests sit together at our table to share their paella creations, additional entrees, and dessert courses, which are accompanied with free-flowing Catalan wine and great conversation. We are proud to cater our experiences to fit the dietary restrictions of all of our guests so if you do decide to book with us, just let us know so we can make all the proper arrangements.

5.00We had a wonderful time making chicken paella while drinking wine, listening to music and a grooving at station :). The place is really inviting and designed to enhance the experience. Kevin was super friendly, knowledgeable and with an enthusiastic energy. Making paella and then sharing a table to share and taste the vegetable and seafood paellas prepared by other participants was great. The home made chocolate mousse with smoked sea salt and olive oil was the cherry on the top. I highly recommend blocking 2 hours of your day to learn the tips and tricks of paella making to repeat at home and endulce your guests,

5.00We absolutely loved this paella cooking class — it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and so much fun. We learned step-by-step how to prepare an authentic paella, using fresh local ingredients and traditional techniques, all explained in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. The instructors were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also made the experience feel personal and memorable. We laughed, we cooked, we learned, and we enjoyed one of the most delicious meals of our entire vacation. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience that brings together culture, food, and great company — this is it. Highly, highly recommended!

5.00Such a fun evening. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but it’s three hours of cooking, drinking, eating and even dancing. The evening is so well organised and you genuinely learn as you cook. Valentina and Melvin were excellent hosts and tutors. Our fellow cooks were great company - I suspect this is the kind of place that attracts people with a lot of personality and energy. It would be a great place for a family or group to come to, but even as a couple we felt completely at ease and well looked after. The paella and the wine were delicious, as was the bread, gazpacho and desserts. I thoroughly recommend this fabulous experience!
This is a must do for anyone visiting Barcelona. Alex and his crew made it a highlight ! The best!!!

5.00So much fun! We drank Cava, we danced, and we made the most delicious paella ever. Such a great way to make friends and enjoy our evening in Barcelona. Our chefs went out of their way to make sure we all had the best time. Our travel agent told us this was a must do and she was so right. Thank you so much.

5.00This was a highlight of Barcelona. It was fun entertaining and informative. The paella was amazing and the wine flowed freely. Excited to be able to make this once again when we get home. It was more than a cooking class but a way to connect with people that I think we have lost in our society in North America... Good food good fun and conversation
