Reception at our studio rooftop. Preparation of a Sangria or Vermouth. A brief explanation of traditional coastal rice dishes. We will start by preparing the broth. Once it's up and running we will start by cutting all the vegetables and preparing the cuttlefish. Once the rice is finished we will eat it on our rooftop terrace enjoying the Barcelona sun. For dessert, we will prepare the classic Crema Catalana. Last but not least, most rice lunches are culminated with a digestive drink. Other things to note Sun cream since we will be open air, we have plenty of shade space but sun is strong in spain It’s a great activity for groups, on tour or with your company coworkers. Such a great way to end our stay in Barcelona. It was a quick cab ride from our downtown hotel and then we were warmly greeted by Benjamin, who was great at getting the kids involved right away and an excellent teacher and conversationalist with the adults. Just a chill couple of hours in an experience that felt very authentic. Definitely recommend!

Benjamin was amazing! We were the only ones who booked for 5pm and he made us feel extremely special. It was our first time in Spain and we learned so much about the culture and paella. Definitely recommend!
