SCAM - did not send us valid tickets, respond to our messages, or meet us at the designated meeting point. All calls went to voicemail. They also moved our meeting time back 1.5 hours from the time that we booked. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We booked tickets for 18 €/pers. (just admission), but then had to pay 60 € (2 pers). We thought this would be an English-language tour. The guide was supposed to welcome us at the main entrance (identifier black flag with provider's logo), but NO ONE appeared!! We were allowed in anyway, but what happens now with the 42 overpaid euros??? Will we get these back?? Conclusion: NEVER book anything from VIATOR / EASYROMA TOURS AGAIN. In Germany I will do my best and at every opportunity to ANTI-ADVERTISE or ANTI-PROPAGANDA AGAINST YOU.

They cancelled the tour 1 hour before the time of arrival. When I contacted them through the link they provided, they didn’t answer for many hours. Do NOT book through this seller unless you want uncertainty and poor service. Their reasoning for cancelling was that there was a private occasion at the venue. I contacted the park and they confirmed that this was a lie. Most likely scenario = not enough bookings, guide couldn’t be bothered to show up.
