Welcome & Introduction You’ll be welcomed by our local host in a cozy kitchen space and enjoy a short introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. Ingredient Preparation buying from Local Market You’ll work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients — including beef or chicken (or tofu for vegetarians), rice noodles, aromatic herbs, and traditional spices like star anise and cinnamon. Making the Broth You’ll learn the essential technique for simmering pho broth. Cooking & Assembling Your Pho Your guide will show you how to garnish your bowl with lime, herbs, chili, and sauces — just like the locals do. Time to Enjoy Finally, sit down and enjoy the delicious bowl of pho you made yourself! We’ll also share tips on how to recreate the dish at home, even if you don’t have all the Vietnamese ingredients.
