1.00They don't explain in anywhere that you cannot go with your kids, although you pay a ticket for them. They don't have the appropriate seat so they are not allowed to. So we couldn't go with the group, I had to rent a car and at least they gave us the tickets and the guidance on Pompey. The guy of customer service was disgusting and impolite.
