This was a highlight of our recent 11 day trip to Portugal and we did a lot! The class was just perfection, from the communication prior to arrival with Tomas meeting us outside and escorting us to the location to cooking taught by Chef Tania (a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef!). It was warm, personal and educational. The space, wines, food and cooking lesson was excellent and plan to put Chef Tania and Tomas on your trip itinerary, you will be so happy you did!!

Tania and Tomas gave us an amazing experience. The food was incredible and we learned several new tips. I would recommend to anybody with an interest in food. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed with plenty of time for questions and eating the food we had made.

I travel a lot with my 2 adult children age 22 and 26. We love cooking classes! This class was one of the best ones we ever took. Led by a professional chef, sweet, kind and patient, you learn about classic Portuguese dishes, cook variety of dishes yourself, taste everything you make, they were able to accommodate my younger son vegetarian meal preferences, and overall we had a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

I had such a great time at this cooking class! The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the instructor made everything easy to follow, even for beginners. We got hands-on experience preparing several dishes, and everything turned out absolutely delicious. What I really appreciated was how engaging and friendly the whole experience was—it felt more like cooking with friends than a formal class. I also learned some useful techniques and tips that I’ll definitely use again at home. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, interactive, and tasty experience!

This was a true hands-on cooking experience with wine pairings that my two daughters and I did on a birthday trip for me. The location was a bit tricky to find but a member of the team came and helped us get to the space where the event took place. A lovely building with lots of natural light. The food we prepared was delicious and the wine options were perfect as well. The instructor and her staff made everyone feel welcome and all of them were so friendly, patient and helpful. We had such a wonderful time!

I offered this workshop to my boyfriend, who could not cook, and we loved the experience 😊 In Portugal at the Table we were very well received. The staff is super friendly, patient and explains everything in a simple way, which makes everything easy even for beginners. It was a very fun and different time, perfect for two. We learned, laughed and still ate very well! I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new or offer a special experience.
