• Versailles MUST!!!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tour. I don’t know how we would’ve navigated Versailles without it. The tour was a small group, just my husband and I and a family of 3. Our tour guide, Anthony, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything Versailles. It was rainy so our group decided to take the tram (think similar to Disneyland) instead of bike. Although it would’ve been fun to bike, it was nice that the tour had the option to not bike. This was truly well worth the money, and truthfully I would’ve paid double. Book this tour! You won’t regret it!

  We had a great experience on this tour! We got to see all the best highlights of the garden and learn a lot about the history of Versailles. Julian, our tour guide, was amazing! He truly went above and beyond for our group. Thank you!

  Our guide Roman was excellent. We felt safe on our bikes, he was attentive to every detail, and his narratives and stories at various stops were concise and interesting.

  Utterly disappointed!!! We paid for a “premium guided walking tour with golf carts”… that’s not what we got! Very knowledgeable on facts recorded through the gardens and we’re on golf carts for maybe 20 to 30 minutes of the time. Which was nice, but we certainly did not get a tour through the castle. They waited until we were completely exhausted feet swollen and said go explore the castle for two hours go to these points in the castle. Paying for a premium guided walking tour you would certainly expect your tour guide to walk you through the castle and point out and explain everything we did not get that. And somewhere along in the fine print they had that the golf cart was only for an hour. It’s a 6 to 8 hour tour so that should be made extremely clear and upfront point blank.

  This was promoted as a guided tour, and it was not a guided tour. We did not have a guide with us as we toured the massive palace. Instead, we had guides in the gardens which for us we’re not the most important part of visiting the palace. We were very disappointed by the time we got to the palace we were on our own to walk-through without a guide and by then we were extremely tired. Would not recommend this tour if you’re looking for a guided tour. Also, there was limited use for the golf carts, which was very disappointing. Our tour guys were knowledgeable, but they should’ve been with us throughout our whole experience versus Part of our experience even when we toured the gardens we had to tour on our own ultimately so would not recommend this tour.
