5.00This was such a well organized tour from start to finish. Slayton, our tour guide was excellent - his knowledge was great and he made every piece of history entertaining and interesting. We had plenty of time at each stop, including a comfort break halfway through. The cycling was mainly flat and at a leisurely pace suitable for everyone. At the end of the tour we returned our bikes to the shop. Slayton then escorted us to the entrance of the palace to ensure we all got in, then we could explore the palace and gardens at our own pace. A really great trip and a brilliant way to see Versaille!

5.00A great experience. Andrea was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job. It was a bit more walking than biking and the palace tour was all on foot. It was very neat to see the grounds though and this was much easier to cover via bike.

5.00Our experience began as we met our guide at the homebase very close to one of the stations, which was not open for the moment. We got our E bikes and rode with the group through the town, seeing beautiful areas of the local village and then turning onto the palace grounds. A tour of the home of Marie Antoinette and the Hamlet that she had created were both lovely. Even though it was a warm day, riding along in the shade, seeing the beautiful grounds, we were all very happy. Our guide was knowledgeable, funny, and very responsive to requests we had, while anticipating our needs every step of the way. Even though we finished with access to the palace, the best part of the day was riding around in the open air through the beautiful grounds of the palace.
