Waited over an hour to be picked up. They never arrived. Customer service with limo company only spoke Spanish and hung up on me repeatedly. Viator customer service tried to contact them an were hung up on as well. Viator would not refund despite lack of service.

Great communication and the driver was waiting with a sign that we could easily read. The driver was very helpful with baggage and we had plenty of room in the vehicle
