What To Expect
When booking a private transfer from Downtown or Cruise Terminals in Vancouver and the surrounding areas (please carefully choose from the list of pickup locations we offer) too the Vancouver (YVR) Airport you will need to provide your hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to the airport with plenty of time to get your luggage checked and clear security. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage loaded. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on 3 passengers per sedan or a Minivan for 5 passengers. It's that easy!

5.00Pick up went as smoothly even after I had to move my pick up tim up by an hour, I was a little surprised it was in a yellow taxi but I went with it. At the end of the ride I added a tip on the Viator app and the driver was upset and said he would never get it. I sincerely hope that is not the case!

1.00DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! VIATOR WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and if there is any issues they will not refund anything. They will put the blame on the client and not attempt to look into anything. Even dealing with Biator over the phone, barely any of the pertinent information that I gave was relayed to the company providing a service. I had to give the same information 6 times (not an exaggeration) over phone, email and what’s app to three companies, Viator, the middle man company and the company providing the service that I wanted. I did not receive the service that I wanted AT ALL and all companies then say a reimbursement should be pursued through Viator. Viator then sends form letters saying they’ve reviewed the “pertinent information and communications” without providing any proof that they even retain communications and deny reimbursements. This has happened to me and a couple of other people I have talked to for different services. I wish I’d talked to them before booking anything. However I will warn anyone I can to use GetYourGuide or other services over Viator whenever possible. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
