We’ll start at Lordi's Square, a lively spot named after the famous local band Lordi, known for winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006. We’ll also learn about the square’s connection to the Finnish epic Kalevala and its links to Finnish mythology.

I had a great time walking around the town with Nina whilst listening and asking her questions. She was very knowledgable about the town and I would definitely recommend it to everyone coming here 😊

This was a fantastic and very informative tour. The local guide, Nina, was welcoming and friendly, and she shared so many insights about culture, food, Rovaniemi architecture and the local way of life. I really enjoyed the stop at the library and the walk by the riverside. I am traveling alone and was so happy she could make a tour just for me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
