  We booked a private tour from Lisbon to Sintra, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our entire trip. What I loved most is that the tour is fully customizable, you can choose exactly where you want to go, how long you want to stay at each place, and tailor the entire day to your preferences. For a private experience, the price is excellent and absolutely worth it. From the beginning, the tour operator maintained great communication. They were attentive, asked about our interests, offered helpful recommendations, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was according to our interest. Since we had kids, they even contacted me the day before to ask whether we needed car seats. Every detail was taken care of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind… Our guide, Medi, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He gave us plenty of time at each stop and always had great suggestions along the way… We ended the day at Cascais, a very special way to close the tour… It was a long, full-day experience, but every minute was worth it. I came back with amazing memories and beautiful photos.

  Edi reached out prior to the trip to coordinate the details of pick up. This made us feel very comfortable with the tour and the arrangements we made. He had excellent suggestions of places to visit, and he knew, down to the detail, all the facts and history behind it all. He even took us to a restaurant for lunch, and made excellent recommendations of what we should order. He also took us through the town of Sintra and recommended a different place for dessert and a different place for a drink. The kids were entertained and engaged as well (10 and 17). His car was comfortable and clean, and he also had umbrellas because it was raining a little bit throughout the day. We wish we had more time to spend in Portugal, and when we go back, we will be booking with Edi again.

  Mehdi was our tour guide and an exceptional guide in all the things that matter for an outstanding tour. His number one priority was to make sure his clients had an experience that exceeded their expectations. Prior to the tour he provided an overview of what to expect from the tour. He checked to make sure the overview met our needs and indicated he was ready to make changes if requested. The second outstanding part of the tour was his incredible knowledge of the sites we visited and the history. He clearly was prepared and knowledgeable. The tour did involve some walking but he reserved transportation on a bus to make the hills easier to navigate. Lunch was incredible and he stayed to make sure the restaurants service was what we needed. Since there was no van at the second castle he knew short cuts to make the climb easier. The castles were amazing, the stops beyond the castles were beautiful and the history Mehdi provided make the day memorable. A tour that will exceed your expectations by a guide that is passionate about service and history.
