We’ve divided the experience into three captivating themes: Culture and Heritage, where we explore Sintra’s rich history and iconic landmarks like Pena Palace or the Moorish Castle; Mountain and Nature, where we journey through lush forests and scenic viewpoints in the Sintra hills; and Coast and Ocean, where you’ll discover dramatic cliffs at cabo da roca, charming local villages, and beautiful beaches.
You’ll ride in style in one of our unique vehicles, which include an electric convertible jeep, a classic convertible jeep, or a vintage car, each adding charm and fun to the adventure.

Discover Sintra with Locals – Mountains, Monuments & Coast in 4 to 6 Hours As proud Sintra locals—ranging from archaeologists and scouts to tourism experts—we’ve designed this tour to give you a meaningful, well-paced experience of our beautiful hometown in just 4 to 6 hours. We believe that the true essence of Sintra lies in a perfect trio: Monuments, Mountains and Coast. This tour brings together all three, taking you through a scenic journey filled with history, legends, and stunning landscapes. Our adventure begins with a drive up the lush mountain roads toward the iconic Pena Palace. We'll stop at special viewpoints where you see breathtaking views of the monuments. If you'd like, you can also visit the inside of the palace and its surrounding park. This part of the tour is optional and self-guided. Please note: Tickets are not included unless you select the option of Pena Park If you need help choosing the time slot to buy the ticket to pena, send us a message.
Famous for the health giving quality of its waters, the first references to the Fonte da Sabuga date back to medieval times. Here we will stop to have a sip of the "miraculous" water and hear some stories about Portugal.

We never imagined so many castles and palace in one spot, so much wonderful landscapes and the see. You advertise an individual route, this is for sure the case. Our was adapted during the ride and we had so much fun.

5.00This was the first and most memorable tour of our vacation! Diogo was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating as he gave us options this way or that to suit our interests. His humour matched ours and he was like family to us! With Diogo being from the area, his stories of his adventures with his friends, as he pointed out some of the many places that the crazy stories originated, reminded us of our younger days! Highly highly recommend Diogo for an unforgettable day touring Sintra...money well spent!!

5.00Manuel was super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable tour guide as he is born and raised in Sintra. Lots of fun historical stories, lots of unique spots for great pictures, and you get to see the tip of the coast of Portugal and the Atlantic ocean. Cute little car with a personal feel. Highly recommended tour.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Diogo! It led us to discover their beautiful homeland of Sintra with an incredible sympathy and passion. He knows immense historical details and tells everything in an engaging and fun way. She speaks perfectly English and French (besides Portuguese, of course!) and makes the visit really special. I highly recommend Diogo — without the slightest hesitation! Oh, and we can't forget your amazing Renault 4, which gives even more charm to the adventure!

5.00Really amazing experience. Diogo was very accommodating about customizing the tour so we could end somewhere specific. Our tour guide Manuel was very knowledgeable about Sintra and its history. He pointed out things we were interested in and helped my mom along steep inclines. The car was very cute and a nice way to see the sights! I would highly recommend this tour as it’s a great way to see the highlights of Sintra and truly a one of a kind experience.

5.00This was my first time booking a private tour and was I ever pleasantly surprised! My companion for the tour was Manuel. I chose that word intentionally as Manuel felt more like a friend showing me around his neighborhood and bringing me into his confidence sharing all of the interesting and juicy history facts versus the standard tour guide. He even taught me several Portuguese words - the one that stuck is how to order my new favorite treat, Pasteis de Bacalhau por favor 😋 I found the tour to be educational with breathtaking views, very laid back, and fun. I fear Manuel has set the tour bar for me and I am now spoiled!

5.00Diogo as a fabulous tour guide, customized our tour to exactly what we wanted to do and see. He took us to see monuments and palaces as well as the ocean and mountains. He is very knowledgeable and we learned so much history from him. Last but not least he recommended an amazing restaurant to go to at the end of the tour.
