5.00We originally booked this trip for 8 but 4 decided to do something else so we were only 4. We had a large comfortable van all to ourselves even though the van would have seated all 8 of us with lots of space left over. We decided we wanted to go to the Vincente Perez National Park and minimize the time in the towns. Luis and Susanna were very accommodating and created a plan that would get us where we wanted to go in the time available. Susanna's narrative was extensive and easy to understand. She helped us with park admission, accompanied us into the park and purchased cold water for us. The trip advisor description always seems to say the tour operator provides water but they don't tell the tour operators. We crammed in a lot in one day and there were som long rides but we accomplished all our goals. Even with an extra fee for the admission to the national park ($5.50 US) and and extra fee for the new itinerary, the price was still much less than the ship's tour.

5.00Roses are beautiful! Weather was not great when we were there ( can’t see the Volcano) but it is the norm in Puerto Montt. Not many sunny days, but lots of rain. Most shops are closed on Sunday.

5.00Excellent tour with guillermo “Willie.” He was humorous and knowledgeable. He was right there waiting for us as we came off the water shuttle. He suggest great restaurant for lunch and was waiting for us when we returned from lunch. He was a very safe driver.
