What To Expect
Prior coordination: Before your arrival (or departure from Puno), you can provide us with your flight or hotel information to ensure timely service. Airport pickup: Upon landing in Juliaca, our driver will wait for you in the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name. It will help you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Pick up from the hotel: If your trip starts in Puno, our driver will arrive at your hotel at the agreed time, identify himself and ask for your name. 1.00Puno Tour, the company for our transfer is the worst. The driver did not show up for our tranfer to the airport, the comoany did not provide the driver details. And responded only 1hour after the agreed pick up time with some lame excuse. Cannot imagine more stressful situation.
