First driver could barely speak English and couldn’t find us. Called another driver who didn’t speak English at all. We were late picking up bags because AMERICAN took them off the carousel before we got to it. That’s no excuse for not understanding English. Would not recommend this to anyone.

driver seemed very young and a little inexperienced for NYC traffic. Took about an hour and a half to get from LGA to city. Web description said driver will meet with a sign with name and that did not happen....driver sent text to find him outside.
