The drive was smooth and with beautiful scenery. The driver was super nice and went out of his way to show us some of the beautiful sites along the way.

Really appreciated her sharing of key points, history, and how the roads and tunnel work. Interesting, kind and she was holding a sign with my name so we found her easily. Dont laugh, we had one driver wait in the car in the parking lot!!! It was stressful. She was fabulous, on time and kind.

We came in on a smaller ship so the terminal was pretty calm. Shore side has a coordinator handling vehicle staging so probably a good idea to find them and tell them you have a private car coming. They are building a new higher capacity terminal next door so things might be a little chaotic with construction, more passengers, and more buses staging. When we hooked up with our ride, the coordinator had them park in the 2nd lane out to the outside of a bus so you might have trouble spotting your car. The shoreside folks might have an issue with your driver parking and coming in to look for you when it gets busy with the limited parking in front of the terminal. Our pick went fine but things might be problematic with. 2000 coming off.
