Paco and Ali went above and beyond to make sure our trip was the best it could be. They messaged a day before our trip letting us know about the weather and even suggesting and allowing us to reschedule our trip an hour earlier so as to avoid the cloudy skies in the late afternoon. They prepared gluten-free bread for a friend with gluten intolerance, and were so attentive while we were on the boat to make sure we were all comfortable on the boat!

A family trip, including a 12 and 9 year old, on a sunset cruise with Paco and Alicia on Arual was an unforgettable experience. After a warm welcome we enjoyed a drink while cruising along the coast, anchoring off of Papagayo beach. With the use of Arual's floating platform, we snorkelled in clear waters and paddle boarded, before enjoying lovely food and drink. More swimming before settling down with a drink to watch a lovely sunset before a gentle cruise back along the coast to the marina. This trip made our holiday. Thank you to Paco and Alicia for their warmth and hospitality. Clan McKenzie xx

The experience on board the ARUAL has been wonderful. The excursion to the Papagayo beaches is unique in the world and is very worth visiting. Especially, the boat trip is a golden opportunity to get to grips with the beauty and dimensions of this natural place. The ARUAL is a modern, comfortable boat with everything you need to enjoy on board. However, the best has been the treatment received with Alicia and Paco, the couple has made us feel at home thanks to their excellent Service. Unbeatable food and drink, it has been very comfortable to have all this already on the boat. We recommend 100% the ARUAL EXPERIENCE.
