There will be time off the bus at your leisure, so please bring suitable clothing, footwear, and sun protection. Remember that temperatures at high altitudes will be much lower than in the city, so although it may be warm in Barcelona, please remember that it will be much cooler in the mountains.
On rare occasions the railway track closes without notice due to routine maintenance. The tour will offer alternative options suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Alternatives will range from going by road up into the beautiful mountain valleys or low level mountain walks, and the views will be just as stunning!

What To Expect
Explore Catalunya
8.15am - You will start your day at our main office, which is right next to the famous Palau de la Musica. You will meet your guide, have time to use the restrooms, and perhaps even grab a quick coffee before the tour begin. Your guide will explain all about the day ahead and what to expect as you wait for you tour to leave.
Eixample
8.30am - You will leave Barcelona though the Eixample district of town. As you head out of the city, your guide will give you a brief history of Barcelona, before letting you sit back and relax on the 60 minute drive to Vic.

5.00It was an honor to take part in this trip. I really enjoyed visiting the stone-built mountain town — the architecture was beautifully uniform and well-organized. Also, I was very lucky to witness the first snowfall of the year up in the mountains. By the way, the driver’s driving skills were excellent!

4.00It is a long day so be prepared for a long journey. In saying that Sergio was a fantastic guide who pointed out things along the way, spoke of the history of the towns. Was attentive and very knowledgeable In Vic, if not a market day, go to the bakeries for food. We visited a long time ago when it was market day, that was super. Queralbs and the cog train were great. Vall St Nuria is just so picturesque. Would have given 4.5 stars.

5.00Excellent tour into the Pyrenees, stunning views & enjoyable visits to the 3 medieval villages via van & a short train ride.Our guide Sergio was very knowledgeable & fun to listen to & he had with him Alex, an assistant, learning about this particular excursion. We really liked the small group aspect & that there was ample free time to walk around, built in. Not recommended for young children but very comfortable for all other ages. We’d do it again.
