What To Expect
Our trip located around the Wanagiri village actually in the mountain area northern of bali with the best landscape. The Meeting point at twin lake view point it is one of the most famous place to take photo in north bali. first trip we will explore the rainforest tamblingan lake with jungle trekking during the trek we will see many types of trees and listening different types of birds singing along the forest. After we arrive on the lake we will pickup by traditional canoeing and cross the tamblingan lake around 30 minutes with traditional canoeing. Tamblingan Lake is one among three Bali twin lakes formed from caldera eruption several centuries ago. Lies beyond around buyan and tamblingan. Cool fresh air, surrounding verdant forest, and rural areas make it an ideal place to relax. Continue to quiet nature hidden waterfalls with the real nature , and enjoy the lush jungle before reaching the waterfalls with birds noise. We can swimming in the waterfalls while enjoy the two different waterfall view. And back from waterfalls trough to the local restaurant for take the lunch break with local food ( optional ) After have a lunch break we will return to your accommodation.

5.00Jungle trek with explanations of the flora at the end DE reach the lake for a traditional EN canoe crossing! And finish with a swim in the waterfalls that is deserved with a few small steps!

5.00Best day of our Bali trip. The hike through the rainforest was so informative. Our guide had so much knowledge of the forest and it's flora and fauna. The canoe ride across the lake was great fun. We were even see fed coffee and a snack while enjoying the cool lake. Although lunch wasn't included the driver and guide took us to aocal restaurant. Some of the best food we've eaten in Bali. So fresh and delicate. The waterfall is a must see too. Worth the walk. With door to door service by an excellent driver in a lovely clean comfortable car. Thank you

5.00The tour, all in all, was a lot of fun. The communication with Saka Bali Putu Tours was easy (via WhatsApp), fast, and very friendly. Mr. Fendy, who picked us up from our holiday home, was punctual and right in front of the house as agreed. The drive with him to the Wanagiri district in the mountains was safe and entertaining. Upon arriving at the Twin Lake Viewpoint, we first took some photos from the platform – the view of the Twin Lakes is simply incredible! There, we met our guide Oka. As already mentioned multiple times, he made a great effort to tell us about the forest, the temples, the lakes, and the local flora and fauna. He also kept up quite a sporty pace. 😉 Crossing the lake by canoe was, once again, one of the highlights for me (I did the tour for the second time after 12 years) – especially when the mountains are covered in clouds, and you get to see the Tamblingan Temple. After taking in the breathtaking scenery, Fendy was already waiting for us with the car, and we continued on to the mentioned waterfall. However, due to light rain and an unpleasant experience at another waterfall the day before, we asked the two of them not to take it the wrong way, but we preferred to skip the waterfall visit this time – unfortunately. Instead of just ending the tour, they arranged a coffee tasting for us, along with a relaxed chat, which absolutely made up for missing the waterfall. Fendy and Oka – amazing guys, a great team, and a fantastic tour! THANK YOU BOTH AGAIN… Matur Suksma! 🙏

5.00Oka was an excellent guide - he was so knowledgeable about all the plants on our hike and gave us a great education on Balinese culture throughout the day. He shared coffee and some delicious snacks with us on our canoe ride, and was so patient with us while we relaxed and enjoyed the waterfalls. He was flexible about letting us stop for lunch and to purchase a sarong for our temple visit on the return journey. We felt safe and at ease the whole time, and it felt like a truly authentic experience. No regrets; would definitely encourage anybody to do this tour when in Bali! Northern Bali is spectacular.
