What a great time we had with Keigo learning how to make gyoza and ramen. He provided us with step-by-step written instructions and then proceeded to teach us how to make dumplings and soup in a step-by-step fashion. He is obviously a gifted teacher. The cooking setup was outstanding. The final product was so very, very good. Keigo also took pictures throughout the entire process and sent them to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this class for learning how to cook some traditional Japanese foods as well as for the fun we had.

We had a great family experience! Everything was very well organized and well explained. Although our children do not speak English, they were able to carry out all the steps with us. The course was fun and lively, yet very informative. We also enjoyed being only 2 families of 4 for this workshop. And we received souvenir photos that same evening. We recommend 100%!

Very place was very homey, clean, and the tools and ingredients were well prepared for the lesson. The lesson itself was very informative and easy to follow. The instructor was able to keep an eye on everyone's progress, point out best practices, and guide.

My wife and I went to this venue for a Ramen and Goyza making class. There were 6 other people there doing the same. Sakurai cook, Keigo was friendly entertaining, efficient and professional. As was his female assistant. They both worked seamlessly and were very well organised. We made 2 different types of pasta from scratch as well as 2 different goyza fillings and Ramen broth with chicken meat and other garnishes. Keigo gave a lot of information and very helpful tips along the way and we were given printed recipes of what we made. It was a fun experience and we enjoyed eating our end results! Highly recommended if you are in Osaka.

This was such a wonderful class! We learned so much and the chef was able to customize this so we could cook with soy meat and seaweed stock for soup. It was such an interesting process and they were so patient, kind and fun. Each step was reviewed, fun was had and pictures were taken throughout the process. This is a must do in Osaka and you will enjoy your meal in the end. You will appreciate what people used to do without machines to make each of the noodles and gyoza :)

My wife & I did this cooking class at the end of September. We were on our own and Chef Keigo did a wonderful job to talk us through making the Ramen & 2 types of Gyoza. He made it a fun experience as well as educational, explaining the reasons behind the methods. We made the noodles and dumplings wrappers from scratch as well as the yummy fillings. After cooking we sat down and ate the beautiful food which was plenty for our dinner that night. We got printed copies of the recipes and Keigo took plenty to of photos of us in action. Highly recommended for people of all ages and the also would be a fun activity for families.

This workshop was amazing! Super organized and fun! Keigo and Tomiko were amazing! Tomiko waited for us outside the building to ensure we found the location easily. Best I’ve ever seen to help people find their way. The class was super clean, fun, and organized and the education about the ingredients was stellar. Thanks Keigo for the great instruction! Overall and amazing experience and well worth the money!
