Meet your guide at the Cobra Cafe at Museumplein. Right at the starting time of the tour, the guide will enter the museum with the group. People who are late will unfortunately loose their ticket, as the museum works with strict timeslots.
After the 2-hour guided tour inside the Rijksmuseum, you can stay as long as you wish, relax at the cafe or continuing appreciating the work of arts.

Disappointing museum tour experience

1.00I do not recommend 360AmsterdamTours. The tour guide did not use a microphone and no headphones or earbuds were provided for the group. When I asked about this on site, the guide told me that they do not use audio equipment. This was extremely inconvenient, especially considering that we were a group of 15 people visiting the Rijksmuseum on December 26th, 2025 - one of the busiest days of the year. In such a crowded environment, it was often frustrating and difficult to hear the guide. Additionally, we found the content of the tour disappointing. Over the 2-hour tour, we saw only about 20-25 % of the Rijksmuseum, spending more than 10 minutes in front of each of a small number of selected paintings. This approach did not match our expectations. We would have preferred a faster-paced tour covering a wider range of artworks and exhibits.

5.00I have visited Amsterdam twice in the past 6 months and both times a 360 Amsterdam tour was the highlight of my trip. The Rijksmuseum tour with Sylvia yesterday was excellent - you were so warm and engaging, you really brought the history and paintings to life. My friends and I were talking about it long after the tour ended. Thank you! Also, a belated review for the excellent Van Gogh museum tour I took last August with Kiran (I hadn’t caught your name at the time) Your enthusiasm was infectious and inspired me to further research one of the paintings (Café du Tambourin) for a series of lessons for my own students. Thank you!
