What To Expect
Embark on an exciting speedboat crossing along the majestic Cartagena Bay, stopping in front of the Bocachica castles. Continue with a panoramic tour of the charming Rosario Islands and a stopover at San Martin de Pajarales Island to visit the Aquarium, where you can enjoy the dolphin and shark show, and get to know various marine species such as turtles, coral fish, locusts, octopuses and seahorses. During the tour, you can snorkel on a vibrant reef and explore more than 40 species of corals and 20 tropical fish in their natural habitat. Then you will visit Playa Blanca in Barú (sector Playa Tranquila), where you will enjoy a typical lunch and rest time in an exclusive beach club facing the sea, with all the amenities for an unforgettable experience. Throughout the tour you will be accompanied by a bilingual guide who will provide valuable information and enrich your experience. Important: For reasons of time, you will have to choose between visiting the Aquarium or snorkeling, as it is not possible to perform both activities. 4.00The actual tour itself was great but the location is not accurate. Please beware that if you are coming from the cruise port this activity is a 30min $30 cab ride to get to the port and then the same back to the cruise port. They do not offer transportation and the description is not clear. The actual tour and the tour guides were great and it was a nice day

5.00The guide is bilingual in English and Spanish which is very helpful . We opted out of snorkeling and chose the aquarium which is small but nice. The boat ride is going is relatively smooth( we left port at 9am) but coming back be prepared for about 2i0mins of choppy in water and adventure in itself. The beach at playa Blanca is really nice and the provided lunch was good. The vendors can be aggressive but a simple no gracias and they leave you alone except the massage girls they be on it. You will have to say no gracias more than once. I highly recommend this tour for a wonderful day in cartegena. Thank you for the tour guides for making this a wonderful and safe adventure. .

4.00We had a good time. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The boat captain was excellent. He really knows what he is doing. The only thing keeping me from five stars is the fact that there is no transportation option if you are on a cruise ship. The local taxies are a hustle and the traffic is a nightmare. If you are coming off a ship plan for the added expense of transportation back and forth and the amount of time it will take. Our ride back to the ship took over 45 minutes to go around 5 miles.

4.00Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Carlos, what a good dude. The snorkeling was good, which included a stop at a sunken plane of Pablo Escobar. While it was in the open water, it was not very deep and the guides did a good job keeping us safe and together. The included lunch was tasty and plenty of food. My only real gripe is, while we were given instructions and information while in the boat, we were sat in direct sunlight, burning under the hot Colombian sun.

5.00This was an epic day and I highly recommend. We were three adults and an active 4 year old, and we were aboard The Wizard. It was in the words of the 4 year old “the best day ever” (we grownups agreed). This was due in large part to the amazing crew- Benjamin, Julio, Carlos, and Milciades really made the day lovely. They made sure we were seated in the back for the smoothest ride possible, checked in with us frequently, and were so friendly and helpful the whole day. They were also great at the technical parts- a storm warning came through at the end of the day, and we were efficiently and safely home, even through some slightly rough seas. The lunch was also fantastic! A note if you’re considering this activity- the water can get rough, but you are safe the whole time, so try to relax (and sit towards the back if you like a calmer ride). If you get motion sickness, you may want to take a motion sickness pill.

5.00We had an Incredible time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a day out on the ocean/beach! The guides were attentive and informative from the moment we arrived and they did an amazing job. The snorkeling spot was amazing and the time spent at the beach was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about this experience and the guides who took us out, worth every penny, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!

5.00This is a fabulous tour. It wasn’t rushed. We saw so many beautiful fish where we snorkeled in the Rosario Islands. Then we headed to an uncrowded area of Baru beach where we enjoyed lunch and the beach. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all our boat was fast, not over crowded and safe. Be careful when booking with other establishments. Some other boats appeared unseaworthy and were extremely overcrowded. They had no business being that far out in the open water. Our tour was the opposite. It was comfortable, relaxing and by far our best day in Cartagena! Robin

5.00This was a great experience! Benjamin, Julio, Carlos y Milciades were super helpful and friendly. My 8-year-old daughter struggled at first with the snorkeling, and they were very patient and kind in helping her calm down. The tour was well organized and they took great care of us. We enjoyed the day and would recommend!

5.00Awesome day trip! Guide Benjamin was very informative as we passed through the waterways on our way out. Lots of history in Cartagena. The snorkeling in Rosario was above average with lots of colorful fish big and small. Benjamin and the dive guide were careful to tell me I was a bit too far from the group. We next visited an airplane wreck that was very cool and I had never experienced. Then we went to our final destination and had time to relax and enjoy the beach. I ended up getting a massage as well. Lunch was delicious and everyone on the boat was happy. A storm was coming so we left and it was the correct decision. We made it back to port without getting caught in the storm. Great and very competent Captain and crew.
