The experience was well planned. Ricky gave us time to interact with the other customers (1 couple and a single) to break the ice. He gave an intro about himself as well as the background about the food we were about to make. He kept the engagement light and entertaining. after the first course, while we were eating, he was efficiently prepping for the second course. Overall, a fine ambience, food was delicious and simple to make, and we would recommend this experience!

Beautiful hanok, even better host! We spent what would have been Thanksgiving in the US here learning to cook traditional korean food. The food was delicious and the instructor was fun, well prepared, and made the evening special for all of us. This experience ended up being a highlight from our trip. My 10yo was able to fully participate and enjoy her meal and the class.

Awesome experience! Park was great sharing his culture with us! So engaging, just loved hearing about the hanok, learning about the food and culture. Everything was beautifully prepared for us to cook, and the food... OMG SO GOOD! Loved this! And the other ladies in our class.

We had such a wonderful time! The setting was perfect. We brought my in-laws and my kids (11 and 13) and the instruction worked for any age. Park was amazing and easy to talk to. He was patient with those of our group that was slower. We were surprised to even get a little history lesson on the food which really made the experience even more meaningful. The food was also very delicious and everyone loved it. We have done cooking classes everywhere we visit and this is by far our favorite in terms of setting, experience, and instruction!

Such a fun experience! I went with my wife on 11/4, with one other person, it felt like a nice, relaxed, cozy hangout while learning a lot about the food of Korea, both how it's prepared and the history of how it came to be. Ricky was a great instructor, super knowledgeable and laid back, really made the experience a great one. The house and the restorations made to it are seriously impressive too.

Fantastic experience. The setting is really good and Park walked us through the food and history incredibly well. It was a great solo activity too, and met some wonderful people. Definitely recommend.

Chef Park not only has a broad knowledge about food but also the colonial history. More importantly he's very humourous and kind. The instructions were clear and the flow is breezy. We had a great first night in Seoul!
