Once in a while, an excursion is worth the VIP treatment and that's what Ruth gave us. That and much more! She found us right away at the meeting point and whisked us past the throngs of people waiting in lines or milling about in groups. We immediately started what was a world class, in-depth look at the history and beautiful of this amazing architectural structure. Ruth presented university level information about the basilica with such passion and appreciation that we were beyond impressed. And her delivery was so spirited and often interspersed with humorous anecdotes that she kept us all fully engaged as we toured through this unbelievable place. One member of our group used a wheelchair and Ruth made it easy as she nonchalantly cleared a path through the crowds while never skipping a beat in explaining the history of what we were looking at that. I almost felt bad for the other visitors who were not getting the benefit of a Ruth tour and were probably missing the full impact of the Sagrada Familia. This tour was worth every penny. Ruth even ended the tour by helping us find a taxi! I just can't thank her enough or recommend her enough!

Easy to book and they communicated well before the meeting for the event. Easy entry into the venue. Christina was an awesome guide speaking English very well and was very knowledgeable about the site.

Marta was a wonderful tour guide. She shows great enthusiasm about the Sagrada Familia and really shared it with us. The background was very interesting. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Octavio was an outstanding guide. Group of 5 friends and we absolutely loved it. He was passionate, informed and very proud of this wonderful building and it's amazing story. The tour was marred as there was a mess up with the tickets and this added an hour and a half which had a kick on effect with the rest of our plans. A real shame as the tour itself was fab!

Initial evening tour of the Sagrada was canceled one day prior to tour. We booked it weeks ago from USA. Our tickets were confirmed before we left home and we found out that sprockets were fold out even though we paid $194.00 for 3 people. Viator offed us an outdoor guided tour of the church, but we had already walked around it ourselves after finding out our tickets for the inside tour were cancelled. Why dude tge online system allow a ticket purchase when there is no availability. Very upset and angry about this as this would have been a highlight of our trip to Barcelona. 😟🤦🏻♀️

We traveled to Barcelona as a 60th birthday gift and the guide canceled us because they over booked. Never got to see inside the church. Very disappointed with this outfit.

Our tour was fantastic! Our guide (Toni) was great… very knowledgeable and passionate about educating his group on very specific details on the cathedral architecture. It was well worth it!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My family and I paid extra to do a small group tour so this was much pricier than most other tour. The meeting location was very confusing because the tour guides had no identifying company names, shirts, etc. When the tour guide arrived we were told to follow the other lady then got sent back with the gentleman. Then after waiting around for the tour guides to appear to get organized for over 20 more minutes in the hot sun with no shade (they looked lost and very confused) we were all told there was an issue. It turns out they had one less entrance ticket than what our SMALL sized group had and paid for. The tour guide made us all wait another HOUR in the sun while he tried to see if another operator had an extra ticket. We waited so long in the sun my elderly mother got ill and had to throw up. No concern at all for our wellbeing while we stood around on a narrow sidewalk. Then he came back and told this group that one of them would have to be left behind because they were the last to book!! Can you imagine how they felt?!? The rest of the tour was rushed and just awful. What should have been the highlight of our trip for my moms 75th birthday was the worst experience. Stay away from this company and I wish we could get our money back. The last time I book through Viator.
