Sail with us to the exotic Dia Island on our large and comfortable sailing yachts. Our journey begins at the Heraklion Old venetian port.

After 1 hour of sailing, we arrive to Dia where we anchor in the bay of the island.

There you can enjoy the crystal waters and water activities such as snorkeling, fishing and paddle boarding. (Please request the equipment from the Crew). The standup paddle boards are not available under rough wind conditions for safety reasons.

About 1 hour later our delicious menu is served and includes Greek salad and several appetizers, while the main course is shrimp Linguini (we also offer vegetarian and gluten free versions of the menu upon request). You can also accompany your meal with the finest wine, beer, ice tea or soft drinks.

Around 30 minutes later our fruit salad of tropical and local fruits is served. After you finish your meal you will have a few last moments of relaxation on the yacht or in the refreshing water before we sail back to Heraklion.

We have been on many catamaran excursions and this was clearly one of the better ones. The crew was friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Plenty of snorkel equipment, as well as paddle boards and floats. The food was amazing and everything was done with class. Highly recommend this tour.

The reviews were so great that we decided to give it a try but it was quite disappointing. Our cruise was supposed to be from 3pm-8:30pm. We received a message the day before notifying us that the cruise was starting 15min earlier due to the sunset being earlier. We arrived 10min before the requested arrival time at the meeting point. Someone from the cruise company eventually appeared 10minutes after the agreed time. After much waiting around for nothing, it seemed, (as we where all there at the agreed time), we were painstakingly slowly walked to our yacht. Along the way we suddenly had 2 more guests join us. This was now about 30 minutes after we would have supposedly been on the water. Arriving at the yacht we were given another SLOW safety briefing in an effort, it seemed, to kill time while we waited for the captain. We eventually set sail 55 minutes later than we were supposed to, after a strange cast off where the captain and his helper had to request the help of a fellow neighboring captain to untie the ropes at the jetty. We sensed a bit of tension between the captain and his helper. After that it all went alright, despite not having the best weather. Both the captain and the helper were good hosts and friendly enough. Once the anchor was down in a cove at Dia Island they got to making the food. There was plenty but really simple food and not close to the fotos as shown on instagram. While they cooked we were able to make use of the SUP and snorkels to explore the water. Due to the late start we thought our cruise would be extended as we were promised 5,5 hours but we were docked and off the yacht by 20:10! I won't use them again: Cretan Sailing Cruises
