Would definitely recommend the workshop, it was a great hands on experience. Ya was very good at explaining the history of Vietnam coffee and each individual style that we made. Recommend booking to learn the 6 different coffees (there is an option for only 4). Bonus having the recipes to try and recreate the coffees at home.

Very nice cofee workshop. Dính showed us how to prepare different coffee styles. Salted cofee was best in my life!

Wonderful workshop. First, we learned about the history of coffee in Vietnam and regional differences in taste. Then, we spent most of the workshop having Ya (great teacher) expertly (and entertainingly) taught us how to make six types of coffee (black, egg, salt, etc.). So much fun and so delicious. Warning: just take a few sips of each type. I drank all the coffee (six cups total) and was wired for the rest of the day :)

We had a great time together with Ya. She was really kind and told us the story behind the different coffee recipes. After the workshop she will also send the recipes, that you can make them also at home. I really recommend to make the workshop with 6 different types of coffees.

Amazing. Linh gave us a really good background in the history of how coffee came to Vietnam from France and how it's evolved over time to be grown here. And also about the surrounding villages in Sa Pa and the different tribes who live there. I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and the intricacies of the different brews, but a word of warning - I did the 6 coffee workshop - do not drink all the coffee if you want to sleep that night ha ha. Thanks so much Linh and Happy New Year!

We had a great experience with our instructor Ya. The history of coffee in Vietnam that she told us was fascinating. The course was great, in that it was very hands on and you receive notes via WhatsApp at the end of all the different types of coffeev(so you don't need to remember). We made Black, Brown, White, Salt, Egg and Coconut coffees. I consumed every cup as I was hooked with the different coffee types, which is very different from Australia, where l live. All ingredients are supplied and the course lasts 2 hours. It is a bargain, if you love coffee and want to know the process behind your favourite coffee. My wife booked this course for me and going in, didn't like coffee but the variation in different types of coffee drinks, resulted in her really enjoying the salt coffee and egg coffee. Also, being open to eating coffee based desserts in future. Which is quite a change after 25 years of being together. Highly recommend this course and Ya. Ya had a delightful and fun sense of humour, which made the 2 hours fly past. Highly recommend the experience to everyone interested in coffee or open to exploring coffee, it simply blows your mind.
