  Such a great experience. We did the zip lining and it was amazing with so many different lines and the staff were really good! You had the option at the end of doing an included Tarzan swing which felt a bit scary but an amazing experience that I'm glad I did. This is a must-do!

  This activity ended up being one of our favourite highlights. The views on the canopy tour are INCREDIBLE!!!! Do the superman and Tarzan rope options, they are totally worth it. The staff is very friendly and professional. If you are hoping to go ziplining in Costa Rica, do it here. The hanging bridges are cool too and we got to see some monkeys.

  I had requested the full-day ticket. Viator said they would take care of it for me on a phone call They booked a half day. Had to pay extra when my son and I arrived. Park provides transportation. Just hopped on one of many available vans waiting to take us back to our lodging. Park was excellent. 8 Hanging bridges. 13 zip lines. Sloth and reptile habitats up close and personal. Plan a full day and be ready for plenty of exercise. Food is expensive.

  This was my 3rd time zip lining in another country and by far my favorite. The cloud forest is beautiful and has amazing open views. Seeing the tree tops and even the clouds covering the mountains was INCREDIBLE. The guides were all super fun and talented.

  I loved the Zipline (canopy tour). There were 2 really long zip lines. They were both each over 0.5 miles long! Trees were beautiful. The butterfly garden was also very interesting. They gave us an hour guided tour and then let us stay and look at the butterflies. Saw the crystalis and some butterflies were drying their wings because they just came out of their crystalises.

  We booked this tour in order to make things simple for ourselves since we didn't have our own transportation. This company didn't actually provide anything over and above from what the park provides. We were picked up by the Park shuttle that made many stops at a lot of hotels so it was almost an hour before we arrived. The description says you will have a guided walk but that is not correct. You are expected to walk the bridges by yourself and it is impossible to see anything if you don't know what you are looking for. The description also says the butterfly sanctuary is included but upon arrival we were told it wasn't. We called the tour operator to ask what was going on and spent more than 40 minutes trying to get things sorted out. They eventually relented and added the guided walk and butterflies to our reservation but by that time we had missed the designated time for the bridges or zip line and had to kill 2 hours until the next departure. The park is interesting but only if you have a guide - the zip line was well managed and enjoyable. The butterfly sanctuary was slightly disappointing as there weren't many butterflies. The park overall is worth a visit if you enjoy zip lining. But just book it directly. This company did nothing to add to our day except cause unnecessary stress.

  The zip lining was amazing. Such a thrill and definitely the best place we have done this. Fantastic to be flying above the trees. We also did the canopy tour. Looking back I would have skipped this. We didn’t see v much and had already done hanging bridges in Arenal

  As a solo traveler and first time zip lining, this was a blast. They start you off easy and it progresses. Highly recommend the Superman. This package includes the butterfly garden but not the sloth tour, so keep that in mind. Hanging bridges were cool and could be done at your own pace.

  The tour starts with getting equipment, loading onto a bus, and a safety demonstration. The first two zip lines are short to build your confidence and if you purchased photos, that’s where they are taken. The best line is the 1km where you can do the super man pose or ride double with a partner. I’m nervous around heights but loved the experience and the view was beautiful. I felt safe and enjoyed the adventure!

  Our first time to Zipline! Great experience. The entire park was clean and well kept. Lunch was good at the park, but pricy. Butterfly garden was nice. It was a great day! The staff was helpful and very pleasant.
