Kenai Fjords National Park
In Kenai Fjords National Park, over half of the landmass is covered by the enormous Harding Icefield, a thousand-foot block of ice that dates back to the last Ice Age. The Harding spills out in all directions in the form of glaciers. Some stretch northwest into rugged hills of the Kenai Peninsula. Others—five of them, to be exact—reach as far as the sea along the craggy coast of the Gulf of Alaska.
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge is comprised of 2,400 islands, headlands, rocks, islets, spires and reefs and is known for its abundance of seabirds.

Awesome experience. Crew was wonderful. Some rough seas during the trip, but saw lots of wildlife and the glaciers were amazing.

The captain and the team were great and did their utmost to show us the beauty of Alaska. And we were so lucky: lots of Orca on our way forth and back, whole families swimming around our vessel. See lions, sea otters, puffins and seals - it was so awesome!

Amazing trip with great commentary where necessary. We were independent travellers and not part of a cruise. Initially thought that 6 hours on the water might be too long but was sad when it came to an end. Saw sea otters, a whale, dall's porpoises, sea lions and the highlight was the amazing scenery and the stop at the glacier where we saw chunks falling off (calving). Can't recommend this trip enough. You simply must do it when you are in Anchorage or Seward!

Very good except the rainy weather, could not stand outside to get pictures for more than a minute. Didn't see any whales.

The crew is great and the places they go to in the Kenai Fjords are amazing for glaciers, marine life and birds. We saw orca and humpback whales, sea lions, sea otters, lots of birds and the glacier even calved for us!

It is about 5 hours sailing. We saw orcas and young humpbacks just not much of the body. And I got to visit another NP. Also saw a couple of sea otters and sea lions. This cruise was also $100 cheaper than the cruise line’s excursion. The Kenai Fjord cruise also provided transport from the cruise ship terminal to Kenai Fjord NP tour office.

Excellent experience, great staff and they were able to accommodate food allergies. They delivered on the wildlife and the Glacier were super cool.

I'm still on the cruise but the experience so far leaves a lot to be desired. At the moment I focus on the queues that form aboard for everything. For breakfast and lunch. The shores are hell for waiting and poor organization. Now we're in Geirangrr and I've been in the rain for half an hour to get on the boat because they don't put in enough personnel to control access. Photo queue entry ship to 1730 in Geiranger. Ten' ago I was coming to the end of the swamp. And this is normal in this visje
