The Worst Shuttle Service

1.00The shuttle service was the worst. The driver drop us off and made arrangements to pick us up the moment we reached out to him. Mode of communication was through email. I message him at 6:PM and waited for him to respond. After more than 30 mins of no response, we decided to take a taxi back to the hotel and we informed him about it. He finally responded after almost 2 hours and apologized, promising to go to the hotel to refund our taxi fare. He never showed up nor communicated with us.

1.00What a WASTE of money. This is NOT a tour. The driver picked us up on time and returned for us at a designated time. He had the tickets for entry. No explanations. No help. I could have taken a taxi and bought my own tickets. The ticket for the Super Tree light show would not give us entry as we had to buy another ticket for a Winter Wonderland which should have been included to give us access to the other ticket. Go to the gardens but do NOT USE THIS SERVICE as it is not as advertised.
