For a break from exploring the Angkor temples, come learn traditional Khmer cooking with us! Choose three dishes from our Khmer menu and join our chef at a local market to explore Cambodian ingredients and flavors. After that, we’ll head to our purpose-built garden pavilion for your hands-on interactive class. Led by one of our fantastic chefs, you’ll learn to cook three delicious Cambodian dishes that you can recreate at home, such as fish amok, spring rolls, Cambodian curry, and bananas in palm sugar with coconut juice, among others. We collect all guests from their accommodations, so please let us know where you're staying when you book, along with a contact number.

Since I didn't have a class there were no memorable parts! If I had been told before the event that would have been OK but I was not informed until I rang to find out what was happening.

I can’t say enough about how cool this cooking class was! We were picked up at our hotel and brought to the market where we were able to see all of the fruits vegetables, fish and meats for sale. Then we went to a beautiful area and began the cooking class.. We learned how to cook Vietnamese spring rolls, morning, glory, vegetable, three different salads, chicken curry, and a fish dish. We each got to choose what we wanted to cook. We learned a ton and the chef Dee was amazing. She was very funny and engaging! She was also very informative and we learned a ton about indigenous vegetables and spices. We had a great time and ate a ton! I highly highly recommend this tour. There are many tours at hotels and other's but this one was very authentic. We always felt safe and were in great hands with both Dee and her husband as our guide.

What a fantastic experience with Dee. We were 3 with different level of experience and all produced some amazing food. We got to choose 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert to make and then went shopping to market to get some of the ingredients, as well as picking up some from the garden. Dee was so lovely and patient and very good at explaining all the ingredients. It was wonderful to be welcome and spend some time with locals where they live rather than touristy area. Again even if it was just for the food, it is incredible value but the whole experience makes it superb. Definitely recommend +++++++

This is a highly recommend and excellent activity. The tutor was very knowledgeable. The kitchen was very clean. We were provided with cold water throughout the activity. Dee adapted some of the recipes to allow us to change this to vegetarian. It was most enjoyable and highly recommended. The good was delicious?
