  The tour was one of the highlights of my short trip in Barcelona. Sara was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and fun. I’ve learned a lot about Barcelona’s history, both the glorious and dark sides. Highly recommend!

  Awesome value with a great guide. Our guide Sergy was a wealth of knowledge and took care of us during our two hours e-bike tour. Great way to see the city when you are short on time!

  Our tour guide Maria was fantastic. I am hesitant to write a poor review. But just be sure you know what you are signing up for. I specifically chose this tour because it was shorter than others (90 minutes) but still took us to a lot of stops. They sent a text asking us to arrive 15 minutes early. When we arrived 20 minutes early, the front desk lady was VERY rude and told us to leave and come back at 1pm. So we came back at 1pm and waited in a long line. Then we were informed that the tour would take 2.5-3 hours. Which, unfortunately, we did not have time for. She said we would still see all the things listed on our tour in the 90 minutes but someone would come get us after the basilica. She lied. After getting on the road 30 minutes after our scheduled start time, we made 4 stops before having to go back. No where close to the number of stops promised. Barcelona is beautiful, the bikes were great. If you have the time, I’m sure it’s all lovely. But make sure you understand, if you only have 90 minutes you are not getting what you paid for. Overall, if the front desk lady had been more honest and more kind, we could have had a much better experience.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this tour was a huge disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the service was unprofessional and unorganized. The staff seemed disinterested and even rude when we arrived no warm welcome or proper instructions were given. The quality of the bikes was shockingly poor. Mine had squeaky brakes and an uncomfortable seat, and others in the group had similar complaints. For a paid tour, I expected bikes in much better condition. What bothered me the most was the complete mismatch between the tour description and reality. The journey felt rushed and poorly planned. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a tour with a guide who speaks my language, this was clearly confirmed at the time of booking, but the guide spoke only basic English and absolutely none of the language we requested. Overall, the whole experience felt careless and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you're expecting a well-organized, informative, and customer-friendly experience.

  We had an unforgettable e-bike tour experience. Our tour guide made it fun and also very educational. We were a group of 12 with lots of teenagers who say that this was the best experience during our vacation.

  Excellent bike tour - Kieran was great! Just the right amount of information and time at each of the sights. Highly recommend especially if you are short on time - see the main sights in a couple of hours.

  E-bikes definitely helped us to take in sites a lot easier, and it was worth paying a little bit extra money than going up and down a few hills on a regular bike in the middle of a hot day!
