Booking Confirmation • After booking through your chosen platform, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. • Our team will review your booking and may reach out if further details are needed. • Before your transfer, you will receive pickup instructions, including chauffeur details and estimated arrival time. 2. Chauffeur Arrival & Pickup • Your chauffeur arrives punctually at your designated pickup location. 3. Luggage Assistance • Your chauffeur will help load your luggage while you get comfortable in the vehicle. 4. Smooth Transfer to Airport/Seaport • Enjoy a hassle-free ride, ensuring you arrive at the airport with plenty of time for check-in. • Complimentary water and WiFi may be available depending on the vehicle. 5. Drop-off at Departure Hall • Your chauffeur will drop you off at the departure area closest to your airline/seaport terminal • Assistance with luggage will be provided before wishing you a pleasant journey.
