Stunning scenery, easy walk, quirky visits to a chocolate house and a local farm party with dancing. A wonderful, fun time and a relaxing day.

Amazing tour and experience! Just make sure to wear warm clothes for the hike- it’s especially cold before the sun comes up.

Landscape note 10, zero logistics, restaurant zero. We were the first to be caught and the last to be dumped at the hotel. Abstract: You stay 12 hours in total 2 to 3 in the Cajon and the rest traveling inside a van. At lunch they didn't want to give me another glass, because we only asked for mineral water. Oh, bad. Local does not deserve the movement for lack of respect. The guide Fran Javier , excellent, we became good friends, but is not guilty.

The place is beautiful, but the experience was a bit troubled. I found everything very rushed, in a hurry to go back to not catch traffic. It ended up leaving the experience a bit to be desired.

From the beginning the conditions of the tour were changing us. It started at 7 AM, it was brought forward at 5 AM. It ended at 3 pm (afterwards it ended up being this time but we were informed that it was going to be at 6 pm which caused us to lose another activity that we had planned for the afternoon). The reason for bringing it forward to 5 AM varied depending on the time of the trip: long weekend, snowfall, works. The intention of getting us up early was to be able to cover the entire q tour included in the tour. It never happened. Since we started so early we stopped for breakfast at a campsite (not included) and in passing the business of having a tent to offer you winter clothing rental (shoes jeans) which does not end up being necessary. It would be good if they clarified / stressed it so that those who consider it necessary take it already from the beginning without having to pay these extras First stop: veil of the bride waterfall. Nice scenery, worth it. Second stop: a place with cabins and a miner's shed. Nothing to do. Duration of stop: 1 hour... totally unnecessary. Third stop: sign q says Maipo cajon, an hour stop to take photo with the sign and look at the landscape. Guide? The same driver who, however cool and attitudinous I put him, was far from covering the function of a guide. Fourth stop: a restaurant for lunch. Not included in the tour Fifth stop: a place selling chocolates, we don't even get off anymore. Sixth stop: a farmhouse that rented tables with thatched roofs for a final toast with some cold meat trays. We never reached the reservoir that are the photos they usually use to promote these tours. Conclusion: total disappointment. The landscape of the maipo caisson is beautiful, but the tour proved disappointing.
