The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips.

Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!

You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

Here, you will learn the secrets of the most famous Italian recipes in a convivial atmosphere, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, in front of Sorrento bay.The sea breeze that will cross your nostrils will become one of the basic ingredients of your dishes, making them unique and remember to don’t forget passion! Here, you will prepare healthy and authentic meals, using the best local ingredients collected from the family garden, and you will drink local wine and limoncello after relaxing with a welcoming coffee and enjoying with us. We will be happy also to tell you something about our life, our aspirations and passions, exchanging opinions, suggestions and advices. We wish that you will able to cook Italian dish at home transmitting to your guests what you have learned, but above all we wish that this experience will remain in your mind and in your heart.

It’s a shame I have to write this because my friend and I were so excited about doing a cooking class when we were visiting Italy. I am sharing the following review on behalf of my friend as the experience was completely tarnished by our host/chef Cristiano. From the drive to the house, and all through the lesson, I was inappropriately treated. From touching my body and face constantly, to making gross and sexual comments. Even grabbing my phone to add his personal Instagram to mine. It completely ruined my experience and I felt like I couldn’t relax the entire time, which was a shame because the other guests were lovely. Having this experience does not only ruin what we paid for, but also leaves a lingering emotional and mental result for me (and other women) that goes way beyond the class.

Christiano did a wonderful job. He is high energy and the location where he conducts the classes has a great view. We made Gnoochi, Eggplant Parmesan, and Tiramisu. His English is very good and he speaks fast. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a fun cooking experience.

My husband and I enjoyed the excursion a great deal from the arrival through to the farewell. Fast-paced gnocchi making, and tiramisu creation. Everyone was hands on and interactive with a lively friendly competitive environment. As a family-run business owner, I appreciated the well-established experience delivery and the stunning views of Sorrento from the family farm.

This cooking class with Christiano was an unforgettable experience! It was hands-on and full of laughter from start to finish. Christiano’s energy and humor made everyone feel comfortable and involved, and the food we created was truly delicious. The view of the sea made it even more magical — cooking, laughing, and enjoying amazing food with that backdrop was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I would not attend this class again the group was so much I did not feel that we had learned lot that we have have done And plus the 10 dollar per person thing with cash was a plot twist for the bus althought the the experience was overpriced So I will not attend again

We had so much fun! We learned how to make Tiramisu, Gnocchi, and Eggplant Parmesan, and to never cook garlic and onion together 😊 . Lots of laughs, great wine, and limoncello. Beautiful views!

This was the perfect blend of a fun activity, great food, meeting new people and enjoying what could be likened to stand up comedy by chef Cristiano! Mama Teresa is delightful and energetic. The food was honestly one of the beast meals we have had in Italy made with fresh ingredients and great recipes.
