A really fun night between the Ice Museum, Chena Hot Springs and the chance for some northern lights. Kevin was a great guide and was tuned into the needs of the group. I appreciated the personal stories he shared along the journey and the at he was constantly keeping his eyes peeled for wildlife (we did see a couple moose on the way back) and for signs of the northern lights.

Kevin went well above and beyond expectations. He was not only flexible and INCREDIBLY accommodating, but he ensured that the entire experience was amazing… down to creating a video for us to take home and taking some breathtaking pictures as we viewed the northern lights. I cannot recommend him or this experience more!

It was such a great experience, the hot springs were so nice and relaxing. Kevin was so personable and knowledgeable about the area and the northern lights. He tried really hard to get us to a spot we can see the aurora afterwards too and took great pictures of us. You can really see that he is passionate about his work. Definitely our favorite tour guide we had the whole trip!

I had a great time on this Aurora Hot Springs tour! Kevin was a fantastic guide—he still ran the full tour even though I was the only guest that day. The trip was relaxing and well-organized. The hot springs were very enjoyable, and we were lucky to see the northern lights on the way back. Kevin was professional, patient, and very passionate about travel. He also answered all my questions about Alaska and the aurora, and took beautiful photos of me with the northern lights. It was an unforgettable experience!

I appreciated the fact that the tour was not cancelled despite the fact that I happened to be the only one that night. Kevin picked me up at the hotel, we started with the ice museum. I decided to skip dinner at the restaurant, but that would have been the next part. I stayed at the hot springs until it got dark, and then he took me to two different places to see the northern lights. The lights were faint but the stars were beautiful.
